I’ve seen a lot of debate on LinkedIn recently about how not everyone’s cut out to be an entrepreneur. It grinds my gears because it assumes we are incapable of evolving. “Building your own thing is challenging… and it’s the wrong move for most people.” That may be true… and it’s also wildly discouraging to people with big dreams who have a lot of fear about going full-force toward them. Or anyone who's dared to wonder, "What if..?" This was me. Thank God I listened to mentors who showed me what’s possible vs. looking for all the reasons why it’s “too hard” to start You do not have to be 1 type of person to build your own thing. You get to BECOME the kind of person who can do it. I am not most people. And if you’re an ambitious generalist, neither are you. I do not align myself with “most people” because I am not here to live an average life!! I want an exceptional life. The status quo is so hardwired into us, it takes time to break out of the false constraints we put on ourselves about what’s possible. I’m seeing a collective shift though… More and more, the generalist leaders I work with are excited about building their own business or brand alongside their 9-5 to open up new income possibilities or build a runway to fully leap. Their long-term vision includes fulfillment, family, and ultimate freedom… a permissionless life on their terms. They’re disillusioned with solely relying on the corporate ladder after feeling burned by layoffs, toxic management, and burnout. (Can you relate?) When they begin to see their value in a brand new way, they see new ways to monetize that value beyond their current role ✨ They begin to see that they’re the type of person who CAN go bigger. And then they actually do. This is why many of my clients who initially just wanted a new role end up starting their own businesses or growing personal brands to attract a whole suite of opportunities alongside their 9-5. We don’t need more discouragement from pursuing what we truly want. We need more clarity, courage, and community to unlock our next expansion. I prefer to ask questions like, “What do you truly want?” followed by, “Let’s figure out what it would take to get there”. If you’re ready to embrace your next expansion & be challenged to think bigger about your future: I made The CEO Shift just for you. In this new free masterclass I'm hosting tomorrow 9/16, I’ll share the biggest shifts I made to evolve from employee to entrepreneur. You’ll learn my raw & real behind-the-scenes story as well as:

On a coaching call this week, one of my clients said: "It's not that what I want feels so far away. It feels like it's just out of reach." immediately had aa mentalimage of him Rstanding, arms long, fingers stretched out, reeeaaachingtoward his gnext career goal But his feet firmly planted in where he's been, WHO he's been. Almost as if they were rooted there, stuck to the ground. His fingers came up empty, grasping only air. The thing is: We're not trees. We can uproot ourselves & replant...
I’m on a plane again… As a full-time digital nomad this is nothing new I love planes because they’re portals. You can close your eyes and wake up in a new city, a new continent, a new culture. I love to reflect and ideate in the sky — somehow big goals feel way more possible. (do you do this too?) Just now, I was reflecting on everything I said yes to in November. It's about to get more than a little WILD in my world 🤪 Here's what's going down: → Nov 1st We kick off the 21-Day Massive...
On October 1st, I started mapping out all the goals I wanted to close out by the end of 2025. I couldn’t help but think back to October 1, 2023 when I started a Deep Work focus challenge. I was tired of putting off my goals to grow my personal brand and business. By the end of the month, I doubled my LinkedIn following by showing up consistently every day... The decision to join that challenge shifted everything. It showed me what's possible when I stay committed and helped me get way more...
