Taylor Swift has many Eras and so do we.

We aren't meant to stay the same forever.

Yesterday, I announced something major to my community.

And now I'm ready to share it here with you.

This is the End of an Era.

After much reflection and soul searching, I have made the difficult decision to make January 2026 the very LAST cohort for my community The Purposeful Path Accelerator. After January, we won't be accepting any new members.

I had no idea how life-changing this program & community would become when it launched it last August.

Since then, nearly 100 incredible humans have joined this space to get clear on their next career move, level up their positioning & brand presence, and Stand Out to land new roles they love. Quite a few have even started businesses in the process.

We've laughed, cried, unlocked career clarity, started personal brands on LinkedIn, negotiated more $$$, accepted new jobs, and in the process — rewired our beliefs about ourselves & what's possible for us.

I'm incredibly grateful PPA has become THE BEST place on the internet to get clarity & transition to an energizing career while in community with all-in generalists who are ultra kind, wicked smart, and driven.

Many thanks to the humans in this community for making that true.

So why the shift?

I have been feeling a pull for awhile to evolve my business, brand, and the types of programs and spaces I create.

I am not the same version of me who started posting about my career lessons on LinkedIn in 2023.

I've had to clear every single subconscious block, recode every layer of my identity and beliefs, and operate with courageous leadership on the daily in order to hold space for ~100 humans in challenging transitions and grow this heart-led business to multi-6 figures within 18 months of going all-in.

As I've done deeper work around my own identity & beliefs, I began experimenting with bringing deeper transformation to my client work... like breathwork, visualization, mindset activations, identity mastery, magnetism, and energetics.

This is why my clients don't just land new roles, they shift who they are being from the inside out.

The retreat I hosted in November made it very clear that now is the time to evolve. My clients mirrored this back to me, "Katy, I don't know what to call you. But you're not a career coach."

6 weeks later, it's only just solidified as to what I'm evolving into...

In my next Era, I'm integrating into my work what I can't stop talking about privately.

Think: soul alignment, vision casting, identity leaps, energetics, courageous leadership, all the woo woo, and building legacies of impact that ripple across the world.

I'm releasing my Zone of Excellence to focus on my true Zone of Genius.

I'm owning the fact that I'm an absolute jedi ninja at identity work.

I'm wicked good at helping others clarify what they want & get to the deeper why.

I can spot a deeper block and clear it rapidly to enable someone to take immediate action.

And I know exactly how to navigate the messy middle of transition to build a life that's 100% in alignment with who you truly are.

I love working with men, but I'm feeling the call to focus on serving women in this next Era.

I'm continuing to evolve The Limitless Mastermind for the all-in visionary women committed to becoming their highest selves & building a personal brand and business that reflects their inner magic.

I'm pioneering a new method called Multi-Layer Identity Recoding™️.

I'm building brand new programs and spaces to help already successful female entrepreneurs bring their 5-year future vision into the now by becoming the woman who can make 10x results happen at light speed.

How? Intuitive strategy rooted in Soul Vision, recoding her Identity down to the cellular level, and operating like the Liberated Woman who moves, markets, and leads from Truth to create her future today.

I don't have it all figured out, and I don't need to.

You never will when you're in the midst of evolution.

You can't let that stop you from going for it.

One of the best things I can do as a coach & mentor is to model what it looks like to navigate change, challenge, uncertainty, and risk in pursuit of creating a life that’s fully aligned with your values, gifts, and goals.

I see this as a powerful opportunity to model everything I teach inside of The Purposeful Path Accelerator, especially the courage to pursue what you truly want and go full force toward it.

I feel we feel called to create change in our lives because of our Soul Vision. It’s my belief that our intuition about what’s next for us is leading us toward that vision, even when the pathway is unclear.

I hope this gives you permission to let yourself evolve as a leader and human.

When you feel the pull to let go of something and make space for something new, and you tap into your true self, you will always be okay.
