You create your own momentum

On a coaching call this week, one of my clients said: "It's not that what I want feels so far away. It feels like it's just out of reach."

immediately had aa mentalimage of him Rstanding, arms long, fingers stretched out, reeeaaachingtoward his gnext career goal

But his feet firmly planted in where he's been, WHO he's been.

Almost as if they were rooted there, stuck to the ground.

His fingers came up empty, grasping only air.

The thing is: We're not trees.

We can uproot ourselves & replant elsewhere.

But it's our old identity keeping us rooted in a spot we've outgrown.

(Gosh I wish I was a designer to draw you visuals for this)

This is how a lot of people think about their big goals & future vision.

Either so far away they can't even believe it's possible...

Or always out of reach because they haven't decided to simply move toward it.

Maybe you want to

  • Make the career pivot to work that lights you up AND pays you well.
  • Build a personal brand that makes you moolah on the side
  • Launch a business that lets you work from anywhere

I wanted all of that too.

5 years ago, I was questioning my career path, wondering if there was a better way.

2 years ago, I was growing my LinkedIn presence to land coaching clients on the side.

Now, I'm taking my business and brand to new heights to reflect my own evolution.

Little do you know just how GOOD it's about to get...

When you show up.
When you stop hiding your gifts.
When you allow yourself to be SEEN.
When you share your magic with the world.
When you decide your goals are worth pursuing.

When you commit to creating your own momentum.

I'm really f*cking good at helping you move closer to the goals you think are beyond your grasp.

And helping you step into the version of yourself who's ready for it.

And I'm not afraid to claim that.

This is why I'm hosting a challenge starting on Saturday, Nov 1.

The gameplan is simple:

  1. Decide your #1 focus for the next 21 days.
  2. Show up as your next-level self.
  3. Take daily aligned action from that place.
  4. Share your progress in community every day.

You reap the rewards of showing up for yourself and

this is very important

create an undeniable stack of proof that you ARE the type of person follows through on your commitments.

When you have this proof, any goal — no matter how far away right now — feels far more within reach.

Because you trust your ability to move toward it.

We kick off the Massive Momentum Challenge in <48 hours.

I almost didn't share this with you. But a whisper inside told me I had to. Because this might be exactly what you need. I've been secretly building a space on the backend with my most visionary clients. A space I wish I had when I began building my personal brand and business. A space where it's normal to show up as the whole person and feel 100% supported. A space rooted in authenticity, depth, and activating your highest potential. This mastermind is where visionary leaders come together...

When I look back on my career, I don’t even recognize myself from 5 years ago. I knew I was unhappy but I kept compounding in that direction because I didn’t know where my skills would be more valued and couldn’t see a clear pathway to get there (classic generalist move). Until one Friday night after a particularly frustrating conversation, I decided to be done. Done abandoning myself. Done performing for the next milestone instead of asking whether I still wanted it. Done saying YES to a...

If you want to start a new role before February, it's time to get serious. Over the past 2 years, I've helped over 140 generalists get clarity on what lights them up, their professional superpowers, and translate that into an energizing career that gets them well-paid by the market (yes, even in 2025). Most generalists struggle in the job market for the same reason I did: Lots of options for what you could do Lacking clarity on the best next step for you Struggling to show the value of your...
