I've been going on retreats since high school, but had no idea what I was in for this year. I signed up for a retreat in Costa Rica this past February. I thought it'd be a fun trip, but wasn't sure if there'd be anything new for me to take away. Life was going great. I'd just hit a big milestone in my business, helping dream clients land aligned roles weekly, loving life as a digital nomad. I was already "doing the work" in therapy and 3 different personal development spaces. Little did I know this experience would be the catalyst for a deeper transformation... After that weekend, I felt like a brand new version of myself. I had never felt more connected to myself, to my community, or committed to my career & life vision (I wrote in depth about the experience here) I decided I had to feel that way again... so I've been on 2 similar retreats since. These experiences have been instrumental to my personal & professional growth this year. Each long weekend compounded and cracked open a new part of me... In February, I learned how to move from my head into my body. To beat overthinking & actually feel my emotions more vs. feeling numb. I allowed myself to be fully seen by both men and women, which was incredibly healing around relationships. I left with new friendships and a recommitment to bringing deeper conversations back to my family. In June, I learned how to embrace all the parts of myself. I met my higher self and realized that I'd never feel successful if I kept chasing perfection. I embraced the unknown parts of my journey ahead as exciting possibilities. I deepened the relationships I'd built in February, and committed to meditating consistently. In August, I further clarified my vision and mission. I decided to boldly step into my vision in a new way, no matter how terrifying it is. I reflected on how far I've come in loving myself, believing in myself, and stepping into my personal power since that first retreat experience. I embraced trust and surrender like never before. After each retreat, I accelerated my personal evolution, clarified my direction and goals, and left with deeper friendships that feel like family. These experiences are a big reason I've built a life I can't wait to wake up for. Why does this happen?! A retreat is a portal for expansion 💫 When you strip away your usual habits and environment, you can see the constraints that typically hold you back, keep you playing small, and have you questioning your value... You "retreat" from the noise of the day-to-day hustle and the demands of everyone else to reconnect with yourself. Your true self. From that place of deeper self-connection, you can more easily clarify your vision, clear the blocks and beliefs holding you back, and recommit to operating as your next level self going forward. When you allow other leaders to witness you as your most authentic self, you feel empowered to show up that way every day. When you are clear on your goals, address the old stories holding you back, and choose to commit... you become Limitless. This is my truth, and I've watched countless friends experience the same. I knew in my gut... My community deserves an opportunity like this. So I created a new experience that's unlike anything I've ever launched. I'm ecstatic to bring you 💫 Meant for More, an Immersive Retreat this November 7-9th in Asheville, North Carolina (think: gorgeous log cabin home in the mountains surrounded by fall foliage). This long weekend is an opportunity to step away from the noise, reflect on the lessons of 2025, and set a bold vision for who you’re becoming in 2026. You'll reconnect to your truth, release old patterns, and anchor into your power through reflection, movement, and community. This is not for everyone. This is for ambitious leaders building big, bold energizing careers, craving deeper relationships, and yearning for a stronger sense of self. Those who know that inner work is the key to outer success. If you're ready to collapse time & step into who you're meant to be, this is for you. I have extremely limited space for this in-person experience, and I'm not sure when there will be another opportunity like this. If your next level is calling... Reply "RETREAT" and I'll send over more info :) Can't wait to meet you IRL!!! P.S. In case you scrolled to the bottom... I'm hosting a retreat for leaders Nov 7-9th. Reply "RETREAT" for more info. AND I'm also hosting a masterclass on Tues Sept 16th to show you how to become the CEO of your career... [Big announcement in here... If you're already IN the job you want, this is your time to plug back in.] In 2020, I was burned out. Done chasing promotions that everyone else said were the “road to success.” But it didn’t feel like success to me. I craved more freedom: ✨ Freedom to work from anywhere ✨ Creative freedom to build what I wanted ✨ Financial freedom to design a big, bold life I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur… but I wasn’t ready to make that leap. So I pivoted into startups to...

I'm going full OOO now for my best friends bachelorette. 6 months ago, this would have sent me reeling: How can I be fully off as a founder when I haven’t yet reached all of my goals?! (This is very much how job seekers feel too!!) There will always be more to do. And the milestone — that new job, promotion, income goal — always becomes further away when we dread the process The high that comes from reaching that mountaintop fades in a day or two. Because the goal is not truly the goal. We...
