Back in fall of 2024, I had 30 new clients on my roster, just a few months after launching my new coaching program.

Which should have been a MAJOR reason to celebrate.

But I felt so anxious, I’d lay horizontal on the couch in my Brooklyn NY sublet apartment, watching Game of Thrones at 2PM on a Thursday just to escape my own mind.

I felt so anxious because I derived my self-worth as an entrepreneur from one of two sources - both of them outside myself:

(1) new clients coming in, and (2) existing clients constantly validating me with their wins and breakthroughs.

That's the honest truth. Sad, isn't it?

And yet, I'd bet that if you're reeeeallly honest with yourself, you've also felt your self perception shift as your results do.

I was in the early stages of building and scaling my first coaching business, and while things were going GREAT on the outside, internally, I was super stretched.

My subconscious was running the show.
My nervous system was in freeze mode.
My capacity needed to expand FAST.

I KNEW the strategy already. I’d run it before. But I needed to shift on a mind & body level to be able to hold the next level of success.
